An energy packed, protein rich snack you can enjoy anytime of day, especially for breakfast!!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup cup (120ml) plant based low fat milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop EFECTIV Whey Double Chocolate Protein
- <1/2 tbsp chia seeds
TO SERVE
- Cacao nibs
- Sliced banana
METHOD
- Combine the oats, cacao powder, protein, and chia seeds in a large bowl
- Stir in the milk until combined
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour) to allow the oats to thicken
- Top with sliced banana and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
