Brownie Batter Overnight Oats

An energy packed, protein rich snack you can enjoy anytime of day, especially for breakfast!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup cup (120ml) plant based low fat milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop EFECTIV Whey Double Chocolate Protein
  • <1/2 tbsp chia seeds

TO SERVE

  • Cacao nibs
  • Sliced banana

METHOD

  1. Combine the oats, cacao powder, protein, and chia seeds in a large bowl
  2. Stir in the milk until combined
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour) to allow the oats to thicken
  4. Top with sliced banana and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
