Paul Fletcher

Paul oversees athlete relationships, product formulation, creative direction, events, brand strategy and spend. If it carries the Efectiv name, he has been hands-on from concept to finished product. That is why every tub leaves Hull with its doses on the label.

Co-owner and finance director

Louis Cook

Over a decade in the sports supplement industry. Louis runs finance and procurement, keeping margins strong and supply chains tight. He puts every pound back into better formulas and athlete support, which keeps the brand employee owned and financially honest.

Co-owner and head of digital

Adam Oxley

Over a decade building nutrition brands. Adam leads brand strategy, design direction and digital for Efectiv, including the website, technology stack and e-commerce systems. He also runs the creative and digital marketing that puts Efectiv in front of the athletes it was built for.
