Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your parcel in real time. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@efectivnutrition.com and we'll investigate.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@efectivnutrition.com with your order number and the new address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If you're not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Most carriers will attempt delivery again the following working day or hold the parcel at a local depot or collection point for a set period.

We ship to a range of international destinations. Available countries and shipping rates are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@efectivnutrition.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
