Casein Jelly

If you enjoy pre-bed casein then give this easy pudding idea a try. With only 2 ingredients it will turn a simple protein shake into a jelly-like pudding to look forward to!

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

• 1 scoop (30g) Efectiv whey protein powder
• Half a teaspoon of Vegest

METHOD

1. Shake up 1 scoop of Efectiv Vanilla Casein and half a teaspoon of Vegeset in 400ml cold water.
2. Transfer to a small saucepan and heat on low whisking continually until it comes to a boil.
3. Remove from the heat pour into a serving dish. Place in the refrigerator immediately.
4. After 2-3hours remove and serve with your toppings of choice - enjoy!
