You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by EFECTIV Sports Nutrition or its licensors. SNCDIRECT.com is a trade mark belonging to EFECTIV Sports Nutrition. No licence or consent is granted to you to use this mark in any way, and you agree not to use this mark or any marks which are colourably similar without the written permission of EFECTIV Sports Nutrition Ltd
REGISTRATION
EFECTIV Sports Nutrition reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
SUBMISSION OF MATERIAL
By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant EFECTIV Sports Nutrition the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You also acknowledge that EFECTIV Sports Nutrition is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any EFECTIV Sports Nutrition publication.
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (telephone number, home address, business address, delivery address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified).
In certain circumstances EFECTIV Sports Nutrition may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.
By submitting any material to us, you agree to use the EFECTIV Sports Nutrition Community areas in accordance with the Community Guidelines and these Terms and Conditions and the Community Terms and Conditions.
FAILURE TO COMPLY
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules you may be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all areas of EFECTIV Sports Nutrition Ltd.
EFECTIV Sports Nutrition reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any EFECTIV Sports Nutrition account, at any time, for any reason.
If you do not want to grant EFECTIV Sports Nutrition the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution on the Community website.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
In order to contract with EFECTIV Sports Nutrition you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. EFECTIV Sports Nutrition retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be EFECTIV Sports Nutrition or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party EFECTIV Sports Nutrition is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
OUR CONTRACT
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
PAYMENT
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted and despatched.
DISCOUNT CODES
Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
COLLECTIONS
If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
Please make sure that all lids are tightly sealed for powders and capsules and that heavier items over 1kg are securely packaged.
UK returns need to be received back by us within 28 days of receiving your order Four days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 24 days of receipt. A freepost returns label is enclosed with your items. Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office or chosen carrier, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement.

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and EFECTIV Sports Nutrition. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of EFECTIV Sports Nutrition.
