All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in GBP.

You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders may be subject to verification and fraud checks before processing.

Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

• You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
• Supplement products (powders, capsules, liquids) cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
