The Structure

Phase 1

The Feeder Pool (30 Days)

Athletes enter a 30-day probationary period. We work closely to ensure your creative style aligns with our brand and output times are consistent.

Why? This avoids wasting time adding low-commitment athletes to the collective.

Weekly content briefs based on trends

Payment Terms

Athletes will be paid per approved product usage or brand education video.

£75 Per Video (Max 2/Month)

*Training clips are not paid content.
