Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your EFECTIV Nutrition purchase. If something is not right, our returns process is straightforward. Please review the full policy below.
30-Day Returns
Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery

Section 1
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The item must be in a resaleable condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, partially used, or are missing their original packaging.
Section 2
Supplements
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, supplement products (including powders, capsules, tablets, and liquids) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This applies to all ingestible products sold on our website.
If your supplement arrived damaged or is faulty (for example, the seal was already broken on arrival), please refer to Section 4 below.
Section 3
Accessories & Apparel
Accessories such as shakers, bottles, and clothing can be returned within the 30-day window provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All tags and labels are still attached
- The item is in its original packaging
Section 4
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged during transit, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When getting in touch, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
Once verified, we will offer a full replacement or a complete refund, including any return postage costs. You will not need to cover return shipping for faulty or damaged items.
Section 5
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will arrange for the wrong item to be collected at no cost to you and send the correct item out promptly.
Please do not open or use the incorrect item, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@efectivnutrition.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will review your request and provide a return reference number. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay your refund.

Section 7
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed on our end.
Section 8
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We will cover return shipping costs in the following situations:
- The item arrived faulty or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective
Section 9
Sale Items
Items purchased in a sale or with a promotional discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. If you receive a faulty sale item, please follow the process outlined in Section 4.
Section 10
Subscription Orders
If you are on a subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. However, any items that have already been dispatched at the time of cancellation are subject to our standard return policy outlined above.
Subscription cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. Items from the current cycle that are already in transit cannot be cancelled but can be returned if they meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1.
Section 11
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, flavour, or size, please contact our support team at support@efectivnutrition.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We will guide you through the process, which typically involves returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. If there is a price difference, this will be handled at the time of the new order.
