BW CrossFit opened in September 2021, providing CrossFit as a methodology of exercise to over 100 members.
CrossFit qualified coaches lead 29 classes per week, offering people the chance to try their hands at a workout of the day (WOD).
We had the pleasure of providing prizes for podium finishers at a recent group event, supporting their hard work after what was a great day.
