01Do you track your calories and if so, how many calories do you consume per day?
Depending on my work load for the week my calories range from 3500-4500 a day.
02If you wasn't doing your sport what would you be doing?
If I wasn’t doing the things I was doing now and I could do any sport I’d love to be able to do triathlon and Ironmans. I feel like that’s coming for me though just a matter of time.
03If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
If I could have one meal for the rest of my life it would probably be a yoghurt bowl with all the trimmings, I have one every day so it makes sense.
04How do you usually introduce yourself: "runner", "lifter" or "its complicated"?
I introduce myself as an all round band man as I honestly can do most things. I don’t excel in one I’m just good across the board.
05Cardio day or strength day - what wins your heart?
Cardio days win my heart, nothing more stimulating than a big horrible conditioning session thats 60 minutes +
