Whilst maintaining the gym bro training style. Started training weights when was 14 when my mate showed me CT Fletcher YouTube videos!! Found the love for it and was always spending my time on in the weight room. Few years on spent then found the love for BJJ and found myself competing at blue belt level winning some open competitions. Several years later I'm know drawn to the art of long distance running.

01Do you track your calories and if so, how many calories do you consume per day?
Keeping my calories under 2000 at the moment with the cut in full swing! Training twice a day running and lifting weights is hard work!
02If you wasn't doing your sport what would you be doing?
Would love to be a fighter but I'm not that guy 😅😅😅 tried MMA for around a year with sparring etc and it's humbling!! most underrated sport and upmost respect to all that do the art
03If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
I prefer home cooked food! Have to be the misses's peanut butter beef with rice - unreal
04What is your favourite genre to listen to while training?
Running I love a podcast keeps it calm! But when lifting I HAVE to listen to metal/rock.
05How do you usually introduce yourself: "runner", "lifter" or "its complicated"?
Weight lifter who runs "occasionally" ;)
