
I’m a bubbly friendly character who loves to fill any room with bundles of energy. I get very excitable about anything that includes a bit of competition! I love running and lifting weights, especially when I can get my friends involved, and share a coffee and a pastry after 😊 I played hockey and athletics from a young age. I fell into bodybuilding and competed for 5 years - age 18-23. In the 5 months after retiring I did the London marathon, cycled from the principality stadium to twickenham in 2 days and completed ‘the great swim’ for brain research UK. since my first marathon in 2024 I have now ran multiple marathons and ultra marathons, competed in hyrox events and prefer a hybrid approach to training now.

Rap/ hip hop when lifting, EDM / DnB when running.

I’d say I do both very well.
04Cardio day or strength day - what wins your heart?
cardio is taking a front seat at the moment while marathon training - roll on LDN MARA
