Outside of the gym, I work in community rehabilitation for the NHS, supporting individuals on their recovery journey, something I’m incredibly proud of. Health and performance aren’t just hobbies for me, they’re part of both my professional and personal life. I’m known for my serious sweet tooth, and a love for good coffee and cars. Sport has been a huge part of my life from a young age. I started playing football at six years old for my local team, and went on to captain both my primary and secondary school teams. I also had a stint with Tottenham Hotspur during my youth career. Unfortunately, injury brought my time in football to an end, but it redirected me toward the gym where I found a new passion. That transition ultimately led me to become a personal trainer, driven by my love for training and performance. I’ve always thrown myself fully into every sporting challenge. Alongside football, I represented my school at district level in cross-country, competed in the 4x100m relay team, and threw javelin. Sport has always been second nature to me. It’s shaped my competitive mindset, resilience, and work ethic.
