01Do you track your calories and if so, how many calories do you consume per day?
I do track my macros, everyone and I joke about saying I am weight watchers with how cals I am on. I'm currently on 2,992 a day.
02If you wasn't doing CrossFit what would you be doing?
If I wasn't doing CrossFit, I would be doing a manual labour job, lifting up things and moving it.
03If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
The one meal I would eat for the rest of my life would be a Spag Bol!
04What is your favourite genre to listen to while training?
I don't have a favourite, I'll listen to anything.
05If you had to name a WOD after yourself, what would it be called and what would be in it?
The Workout would be called: Pus Pus - It would have heavy snatches and wall walks!
