Recommended Use
Add one heaped scoop (27g) to 400ml chilled water in a shaker bottle. Mix for 20-30 seconds. Consume during exercise or sport. For greater accuracy use weighing scales.

Shipping & Returns
All of our orders are shipped on a next working day service with DPD.
We offer FREE UK next working day delivery on orders over £20.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Any orders placed after 4pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
