01Do you track your calories and if so, how many calories do you consume per day?

I eat intuitively rather than strictly tracking calories. Based on estimates, my intake is approximately 2,400 calories per day. I will track a full week once every two months to ensure that my intuitive approach remains accurate. I also aim for 150–160 g of protein per day.

02If you wasn't doing CrossFit what would you be doing?

Oh I’m not sure what a life without CrossFit would look like! I’ve been doing it for 13 years now.

03If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Nandos – I think that’s a good mix of most of the macros you need in a meal; and it tastes well good.

04What is your favourite genre to listen to while training?

I have quite an eclectic music taste, and what I enjoy listening to depends on the type of session. My go to for workouts is trance music, but I also really enjoy house too. For lifting I like rock and also rap! Honestly, it really does vary.

05If you had to name a WOD after yourself, what would it be called and what would be in it?

Well I guess I would have to name is Lois? It would be a over a longer time domain (maybe 15-20mins) and it would most certainly include rowing and wall balls.
