The Story

I started competitive bodybuilding after my first degree as a sort of side quest after spending most of lockdown with nothing to do but workout. Now a few years later with a MSc in physio I am still competing and somehow managed to earn a PCA pro card along the way. Aside from sport I am a giant nerd, I spent a lot of my childhood gaming and watching cartoons and this has definitely carried over into who I am today. In terms of sport, I have been an athlete for most of my life. I spent my early years in competitive judo and swimming. My journey in the gym first began at 15 as I started strength training for the pool, which ultimately pushed me to nationals within a year. After falling ill at 16 and stepping down from the county swim team, I continued the gym and the rest is history.

Beef burrito bowl, it never fails me.

Metal.

Any lift where the only thing that matters is being strong, I hate lifts that require too much thinking.
