
Alongside competing in CrossFit I am an owner and coach of AOD Fitness coaching athlete’s of all levels remotely. I also owner a CrossFit Affiliate Blueprint Training where I get to work on the floor with the members. My passion is the methodology and training, I then use competition to let the results show. I have always played a lot of sport but my first love was finding Rugby when I was 14 years old. I represented Loughborough University in rugby and when I left I transition into CrossFit.

01Do you track your calories and if so, how many calories do you consume per day?
Yes, depending on the time of year 3500-4500 calories per day.
02If you wasn't doing CrossFit what would you be doing?
I would 100% be involved in competitive sport, this might still be Rugby. But probably something hard.
03If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Chilli con carne and rice.
04What is your favourite genre to listen to while training?
180bpm Techno.
05If you had to name a WOD after yourself, what would it be called and what would be in it?
