Favourite Genre To Train To

Time and a place for every genre. Mans got range. Like last night I hit Limp Bizkit in a karaoke which did not go down well but I loved it. I like country, rap, rock, techno. So yeah I've got range and there's a time and a place for each one.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be

Chilli Con Carne.

Do you track your calories and if so, how many calories do you consume per day

Yes I track calories. I consume 5,673 per day. This is on both training days and rest days. Although I find it more difficult to get the calories in when I'm not training, it helps me to recover and fuel the rest of my sessions for the week.

If you wasn't doing CrossFit what would you be doing

Funnily enough if it wasn't for lockdown I'd probably be still playing rugby!
