My first job was working in a café at a gym, which is where I started weight training — and that’s where my passion for the gym really began. I’m a simple life, happy life kind of girl. Good food, 8 hours of sleep, and a spa day is my idea of bliss. I’m naturally very competitive, which suits bodybuilding perfectly, and I’m also a bit of an adrenaline junkie who loves adventure. Bonus fact: I have a Master’s degree in Chemistry.

The nature of bodybuilding calories are always changing but roughly: Off-season ~2,800 (highest) Prep ~1,200 (lowest)
02If you wasn't doing your sport what would you be doing?
I have no idea bodybuilding is a huge part of my life. Although I do a little calisthenics on the side and I love this style of training it’s so fun!
03If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Not putting your weights back. Gym etiquette is important
05What exercise do you hate but still do?
I don’t hate but I find hip thrust hard I really have to push myself mentally to get them done.
