Shop Millie's StackI’m a CrossFit athlete who prefers individual competitions and in-person events though, funny enough, I actually do better in online qualifiers. Also not many people know, but I’m diagnosed with autism and dyscalculia - it’s shaped how I train, compete, and approach the sport. I started training at 15 in a functional fitness gym, then moved to a CrossFit affiliate in 2020 just before COVID hit. In 2022, I joined a structured program that really pushed my training to the next level and set me up for competing at an elite level.

Rapid Answers
01Do you track your calories and if so, how many calories do you consume per day?
Not really, I focus more on macros. Lately, I’ve been relaxed about it, but I’d say around 2,800–3,200 calories per day, depending on training.
02If you wasn't doing CrossFit what would you be doing?
Olympic weightlifting, for sure. I was invited to join the talent transfer team recently but turned it down so I could keep chasing CrossFit.
03If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Baked oats. You can literally put anything in them, and they’re an absolute staple in my diet.
04What is your favourite genre to listen to while training?
Sad pop songs 🤣 the more emotional the better. Olivia Dean, Gracie Abrams, Noah Kahan, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, Zach Bryan. I’m also partial to some good old fashioned country music.
