Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Pantothenic acid contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Per serving: 7.4mg zinc and 6mg vitamin B5.

Take five capsules with a small glass of water, in the morning or evening.
