What the studies found.

The stack gives you 2.4g of PeptiStrong® and 2g of DL-185® a day. Each ingredient has two published human studies at that amount, but the studies tested them one at a time, not together. All four were small, and each was funded by the company that makes the ingredient.

What they found

Yes. MPS185 and Peptide can be taken together as part of the same daily routine. They contain different primary ingredients - DL-185® and PeptiStrong®, without duplicating their main active ingredients. Always follow the recommended serving instructions and do not exceed the stated daily amounts.
Take four MPS185 capsules and four Peptide capsules daily - a total of eight capsules. They can be taken together or divided across the day if preferred.
Both products can be taken at any convenient time of day, ideally with water and as part of a consistent daily routine. They do not need to be taken immediately before or after training. Consistency is more important than exact timing.
Each product contains 30 daily servings. When taken at the recommended amount, one complete bundle will last 30 days.
The stack does not replace adequate dietary protein. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, so you should continue meeting your daily protein needs through food and, if helpful, a protein supplement. Creatine is optional but can be used alongside the stack. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise when consumed at 3g per day.
