Our Games team runs the Efectiv Games Stack: The Sauce for pre-workout energy, Hybrid Creatine for strength and power, and Carb Powder for training fuel. Every formula is honestly dosed and fully disclosed.
The Games Stack is three products the whole team trains on, bundled together: The Sauce, Hybrid Creatine and Carb Powder. With the code GAMESTEAM the stack is £50 instead of the £64.97 RRP.
Creatine is one of the most researched supplements for strength, power output and recovery between efforts, which suits the repeated high-intensity work in CrossFit. Our Hybrid Creatine is dosed daily at effective levels.

The CrossFit Games are held once a year, usually in late summer, at the end of a season that runs through the Open, Quarterfinals and Semifinals.
