Glutamine is one of the 20 amino acids that make up all proteins. Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning that while the body can produce it naturally, certain conditions such as injury, illness or intense physical activity can increase the demand for it.
Each tub contains 60 servings with 4800mg of Glutamine and 200mg of Vitamin C per serving.

Recommended Use
Mix one serving (5g) in 250-300ml of chilled water or fruit juice. For best results take one serving daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
