One 10g scoop of Hybrid Creatine + Hydration in 300ml of water, giving you 5g of creatine. Take it whether you train or not. Creatine works by saturating the muscle over time, not by timing.
20-30 min before
The Sauce
One 25g scoop in 400ml of chilled water. That gives the caffeine and Peak ATP® time to be working by your first movement.
During the session
Keep drinking
Refill the shaker with plain water. Under-hydration is the most common limiter in longer workouts.
