Vegan Banana Nice-Cream

Everybody loves ice-cream, but I have something even better... Efectiv Nice-Cream!!! All you need is 3 ingredients and a blender. You can buy pre chopped frozen banana, but to save money, every time a banana goes overripe, chop it up and stick it in the freezer ready to whip up sweet, protein deliciousness year-round.

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

• 2x Medium (80g) Banana, frozen
• 2x Scoop (30g) Efectiv Vanilla Creme Vegan Protein
• 200ml Soya Milk

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Serve between two dishes and top with whatever you feel like (a sprinkle of cinnamon is delicious)!
