Vegan Banana Nice-Cream

Everybody loves ice-cream, but I have something even better... Efectiv Nice-Cream! All you need is 3 ingredients and a blender. Made using our Vanilla Creme Vegan Protein, you can buy pre-chopped frozen banana, but to save money, every time a banana goes overripe, chop it up and stick it in the freezer ready to whip up sweet, protein-packed deliciousness year-round.

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

• 2 medium (80g) bananas, frozen
• 2 scoops (60g) Efectiv Vanilla Creme Vegan Protein
• 200ml soya milk

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Serve between two dishes and top with whatever you feel like — a sprinkle of cinnamon is delicious!
