Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium eggs
- 50g fat free Greek yoghurt
- 50ml soya milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20g plain flour
- 1 scoop (30g) Efectiv Vanilla Crème Whey
- Low calorie oil spray (if required)
METHOD
- Preheat your waffle maker
- Whisk the eggs, Greek yoghurt and milk until well combined
- Mix the plain flour, baking powder and Efectiv Whey in a separate bowl
- Gradually combine the dry mix into the wet, whisking as you go to get plenty of air into the mixture
- Lightly spray each side of your waffle maker with low-calorie oil spray, if required and then pour in half of your waffle mixture (mixture will make 2 complete waffles), cook as per manufacturer instructions
Serving suggestion: Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit for an extra sweet treat
