Vanilla Protein Waffle

Fancy something sweet and indulgent without an ounce of guilt? Then look no further than this quick and easy protein waffle recipe. Sunday brunch will never be the same!

Serves 2


  • 2 medium eggs
  • 50g fat free Greek yoghurt
  • 50ml soya milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20g plain flour
  • 1 scoop (30g) Efectiv Vanilla Crème Whey
  • Low calorie oil spray (if required)


  1. Preheat your waffle maker
  2. Whisk the eggs, Greek yoghurt and milk until well combined
  3. Mix the plain flour, baking powder and Efectiv Whey in a separate bowl
  4. Gradually combine the dry mix into the wet, whisking as you go to get plenty of air into the mixture
  5. Lightly spray each side of your waffle maker with low-calorie oil spray, if required and then pour in half of your waffle mixture (mixture will make 2 complete waffles), cook as per manufacturer instructions

Serving suggestion: Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit for an extra sweet treat
