This stack tastes as good as it looks, plus with a nearly 30g of protein and just 7g of fat, it's healthy and nutritious too.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1 medium sized banana
- scoop EFECTIV Whey Double Chocolate protein
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients (except the coconut oil) into a blender and blitz until smooth
- 2Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan
- 3Once the coconut oil has melted, drop one heaped tablespoon of the batter into the pan and spread out with a spoon
- 4Cook on a low heat until little bubbles start to form on the surface
- 5Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for a few more minutes until they are cooked through
- 6Transfer to a plate and repeat with the rest of the batter. Layer the pancakes with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
