Lewis Emmanuell is one of the UK's most exciting young talents in the bodybuilding scene. 

After following his season closely during 2022, we had to ask Lewis to join the team as the opportunity to work with him during his level up was one we had to take!

Since joining Team EFECTIV, Lewis has used products including ELITE and Stim Caps to support his training sessions.

THREE FACTS ABOUT LEWIS

• Lewis works full-time as a videographer and is working hard to develop his business further.
• Lewis has been training for 5 years, with 2 full years of that training out of his home gym (who remembers lockdown?) with minimal equipment and nothing but hard work and consistency to get him through it.
• As of May 2023 Lewis has competed in 7 bodybuilding shows with 4 wins and 3 2nd places.

"Be patient. You won’t see any major changes after a couple weeks, staple training into your routine as if it’s like brushing your teeth every morning and you'll see your progress sky rocket. The less you pay attention to the changes and the more you pay attention to enjoying training, the more progress you will make".
