Recommended Use

Add one scoop (10g) to 300-400ml of chilled water in a shaker bottle. Mix for 20-30 seconds and consume immediately. For greater accuracy use weighing scales.

EFECTIV Performance Creatine can be used any time of the day, however with added hydration from key electrolytes, Performance Creatine makes a great intra or post-workout supplement.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Any orders placed after 4pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
