PCA MEN'S PYSIQUE

Lee Herring is one of the most talented athletes in the UK, competing in the Men's Physique Short category.

Following a recent return to the stage after a 2 year absence, Lee jumped in at the PCA Wales 2023 show and claimed a 1st place finish in his comeback show.

Lee's goal for 2024 is to continue to earn top 3 placings in Men's Physique.

• As a teenager Lee was on Tottenham Hotspurs books.
• As well as a sports massage therapist, Lee also works for the NHS supporting patients with community rehab.
• To date Lee has earned 10 top 3 placings.

ADVICE FOR BEGINNERS JUST STARTING OUT

It's easy to become confused with all of the modern day research there is when it comes to training. I would say just go and enjoy yourself, have fun and the rest will come later.
