What is MitoBurn®?

MitoBurn® is L-β-aminoisobutyric acid (L-BAIBA), an amino acid metabolite of L-valine, which is a branched-chain amino acid.

L-BAIBA is naturally produced by the muscles during exercise, with increased levels associated with the numerous benefits that exercise provides, such as metabolism regulation, increased energy expenditure, insulin sensitivity and mitochondrial function.

Up until recently, supplementing L-BAIBA has been incredibly difficult, that's until NNB Nutrition developed and released their lab-tested stabilized form in MitoBurn®.

What are the benefits of supplementing MitoBurn®?

The main benefit of MitoBurn® is it's ability to initiate the browning of white adipose tissue (body fat).

Brown adipose tissue is heat-producing, which helps to increase metabolic rate and fat oxidation. L-BAIBA can dose-dependently induce the activation of brown adipose tissue in animal models, increasing body fat loss by about 40% compared to control[1].
